I'd love to join. I have the scale, (a small kitchen scale with lbs and grams) but does anyone have a suggestion for a perch on top of the scale (to withstand weight and size of a macaw)?

BTW.. last weigh in vets office or my boys in Nov

Newt: 1250 g

Elliot: 916 g

I would just mount 3 pierces of large dowel to a flat piece of lumber for a perch.
