Birdiebread?

I've heard so much about Birdiebread and seen the pictures of birds with the Birdiebread cones, that I've gotta get some for Sunny! I've been looking online but I'm not sure which is the right stuff. Just thought I'd see if anyone here could point me in the right direction as to where to find it. Thank you!

Great question! I just had to post so that I can follow this thread. I'd also like to know more about birdie bread.

well, you can make birdie bread yourself and there are tons of recipes out there.... you can search the web, but this might be a good place to start...

Birdie bread for amateur bakers - BirdBoard.Com

but you can also order ginich's birdie bread - you can find her on this board as well.. many birdies love her birdie bread... mine do too

i personally stay away from mixes - they usually contain sugar and too much salt....

okay, okay... I guess I will just make it myself. LOL

The thing is, I know that by the time I get a chance to make it I am going to have to look up this thread. Iris has so much food in the fridge and stored under his cage, so I know that I won't be making anything anytime soon. Well, not until the food in the fridge is almost half way gone. He's such a spoiled birdie!

lol, that's good i guess.....

the good thing is, the recipe in the above thread can be easily modified to fit the birdie's taste and it doesn't take long to make the bread.... 15min pre time, 35min in the oven
