I always get wheat there for wheatgrass. All birds love it and its loaded with vitamins!Plant it in a deep potso it will last a long time and if you can set it outside it lasts way longer.You can sprout it too. They have all kinds of beans ,grains etc to sprout. I hit one of the sprout sites and print out their ingrediants before I go.

You won't want every seed that is listed, but it'll give you a good idea of what's out there. Then just google the seed you're thinking of including to see what it's composed of.
