greenwing macaw beak color

hello there. i hope everyone is well.
i just have one concern regarding my greenwing macaw. he is 1 year and 7 months old, i noticed that at his age, there are still white streaks in his lower beak. arent they supposed to be black at this age. i read in one article in the internet that there could be health issues regarding this condition, but i cant remember the site anymore.
any information about this condition will be appreciated. thanks to all.
