I think Waterford is leaded. It would be safest to keep the tiel away from it.

It was a little heart shaped tray thing that she sat on and was mouthing the edge. Thanks for your responses. I just love my tiel so much I try to understand the dangers.

yes, Waterford is leaded...I have a few pieces and keep them in a curio away from the birds.
besides that you dont want her breaking any of it with her curious beak.
