search for an avian vet

I am trying to find an avian vet near me. The closest one I have been able to find is about 100 miles away. In an emergency, what am I to do? If any of you can help me out, I would appreciate it.

I've checked a few search websites, but perhaps I am missing some. I am looking for a vet in the Centre County area of Pennsylvania.

The closest avian vet to where I live is 4 hours drive.
I don't know what I would do if I had a large bird & an emergency, or even an emergency with a cockatiel. I mean, the vets around here SAY they deal with birds, but I don't think they have any certification. I've been told that general vets can be as good as avian vets, though...
