Conure makes strange noise..

Hi, I hope this is the correct area to post this. My conure is about 4 years old. (A golden capped conure)

He/She (I never had him blood tested yet) makes a strange noise every so often. It sounds like pronouncing the letter "p". Kinda like a "puhh" sound. He does it every once and a while and has done it for as long as I can remember. It sounds like it could be a sneeze. Is this normal or something I should worry about? He has done this for a long time but shows no signs of not feeling well.

He eats, drinks, plays, screams and all. Anything to be worried about? Thanks.

I know that I have seen a conure do what I thought was sneezing.. and a macaw as well. Can't say that is sneezing, but it seemed pretty obvious to me at the time.
