I don't have a photo but the way I hold my tiels when I need to do things they don't like is with a towel. I grab them in the towel and have someone hold them gently but hard enough that they can't get loose. You will probably need someone else to hold him, that way you can hold his head to put the drops in. I will try and get a photo later.

My tiel had similar problem. I gave her sulphur drops which kept it under control but didn't get rid of it entirely. I then fed her vegetables high in vitamin A, two weeks later and she was well and happy. Not sure which was worked but she is now better. Red capsicum was my birds favourite
