Baby conure; Norfolk Pine and African Violet?

Hi, in a few days I will be Mom to a new GCC, picture in my signature. I have a Norfolk Pine and an African Violet growing in a window near the cage, and I just want to make sure these are not toxic plants for the bird to be around or eat.

I just checked the safe plant list on this site: Safe Plants for Birds. Both of the plants are on the safe list. I've had to move most of my plants out of the room my boys are in, not because of the bird's safety but the plants. Bing loves to shred a live plant. I'm glad I only had safe plants in the room to begin with but I have a feeling my Christmas cactus won't be celebrating Christmas this year.

Hehe... I will try to avoid letting the bird attack the plants, but you know curious birdies...

Thanks so much!

Yup! had to give away several expensive plants (on the bad list) my hubby had bought! You never know, they can manage to get to a plant and give it a chomp before you know it! Those little buggers are quick. LOL Better safe than sorry. Don't they eat christmas cactus flowers in the wild?? No wonder it won't make it... LOL
