ACV with "Mother" in it is said to be best... in which case, it's best to get both from a health food store.

If it's for cleaning, plain (and cheaper) white vinegar is fine. Some people give a small amount of ACV to their birds to help acidify their digestive system, and for that you need the organic ACV available at health food stores.
