Mites Question

Im just windering if mites can be white and attach them onto surfaces? I threw out a vaccume cleaner because it had white bugs on it. Yuck. I was horrified because I keep my house and animals in a super clean environment.

They were EXTREMELY tiny the size of a drop and if you watched them they would slowley move, hard to even tell they were moving. I bleached out the vaccume cleaner and they were still there so good by vaccume cleaner. I also bleached my house.

So what could it be?
