Question Safe Wood

Hi,
Guys I want to know if wood obtained from this tree is safe for parrots or not? I did search on internet but some websites says that it is safe and some says that it is not... I'm really confused.

Common Name: Mango Tree,

Botanical Name: Mangifera Indica

Family Name: Anacardiaceae

Regards

From what I've read all fruit trees are OK except the cherry, plum, avocado, but I've never used mango yet, mostly because my tree isn't big enough to prune.
