Emeril Stainless Steel Pan w/copper

I just bought a Stainless Steel pan and it has an aluminum and copper base.
Is this ok to cook with? Or does it have to be ALL stainless steel?

I have a cast iron pan but i can't cook my eggs in it they keep sticking.

No the s.s. pan sounds good, we have one with no problems. Those cast iron ones are great I found but they aren't good with some very mild flavoured foods...sort of taste "irony".

You can try some non-stick spray like"pam" in your cast iron pan
