Ekkie with damaged feather
Our female ekkie damaged one of her feathers while playing. It's now hanging off to an odd angle. It's a flight feather. Can we just pull this feather?

If it's a fully grown feather, the blood has receded, either leave it and allow your ekkie to deal with it as she pleases, or snip/twist it off at the break. No need to pull it.
