I have noticed that Eyva's beak seems to be Peeling or seperating?? Very strange to me, I have a picture but it isnt very good. What would cause this? They did dremmel her beak right before I bought her but this is something vry recent.

Beaks normally peel off in layers, nothing to worry about.

The only reason I worry is because she is positive for ABV and any little thing is a concern. Combine the recent peeling of the beak with the stress bars and breaking off of her tail feathers (even tho there is nothing touching her tail feathers) and the definate curve/curl to the neck feathers ( that have been that way since I brought her home) the combination of all of this concerns me. I will have to make an appt at the vet as soon as I can, might take a few weeks if it isnt urgent tho, starting to get expensive with the vet bills.

oh yea, forgot to mention, she is 7 months old.
Is this something that is urgent and needs to be seen immediately or if it can be put off a couple of weeks ? Everytime I step in the vets office with her it costs me 500.00.

I don't know enough about the progression.... Find Lisa B, she could probably help better than I.

Its hard to tell. i need a clearer shot. Beaks do peel and shale like fingernails, but with the other underlying condition, we cant be too sure.
