Easy Omelet for Four (Birds or Humans)

Lightly coat a paper plate with nonstick spray. Beat two eggs and add whatever veggies your birds (or you!) enjoy. I used cooked, chopped broccoli and corn. Pour mixture onto plate and cook in microwave for however long it takes to fully cook as times vary with microwaves. The omelet will slide off the plate easily! Cool down and add anything else you think your birds might like. I added some seeds as topping and the three fids had a feast.

Well, it works particlarly well as you don't have to use a dangerous nonstick skillet and you don't have to worry about the omelet sticking, which can happen even in a nonstick skillet. It really works well!
