Although we do our best to verify information, we cannot vouch for the veracity of people posting information through this email list. We are trying to provide a service to people who may be distraught over the loss of their beloved pet and potentially reunite owners with their pets.

LOST Congo African Grey
Pepper escaped our home in Commack - on 4/14/2006 at approximately 12:45 pm.
Pepper is a Congo African Grey parrot (various shades of gray feathers with a bright red tail and black beak). He is 8 yrs old and has a band on one leg with the initials FL 98 HA. We are unsure of his gender/sex (we think he's a male but it's never been confirmed). Pepper flew out of a broken screen in our side door when one of our dogs barked and apparently startled him (he was sitting on top of our refrigerator). He flew south. No further sightings at this time.

Grey Cockatiel w/yellow head and orange cheeks. Some white on his wings. He’s 2 yrs. Old. He’s friendly & may come to you to sit on your fingers or head.

He’ll do a “cat call” & “Charge” whistles plus some other tunes. He speaks a little bit. He’ll say the following things:
“Where’s Toby?”“Toby, Toby, Toby”“Toby Bird” “Toby Come”

He flew out the door @ 3pm on Saturday, 03/25/06 From Hulett Street, Horseheads, NY

We last saw/heard him (Sat/afternoon) in some pine trees a block over from Hulett St on Pine & Fletcher Streets.

We just moved here the end of February and We’re just heartbroken that he’s missing and hope that he’ll be returned to us safely, as soon as possible.
