LOST African Grey Parrot
Named Peanuts with a band on left foot. He says "Hello" and "What are you doing" also does beeping sounds and whistles.

August 12, 2006 in Lake Grove area Sycamore Road and Brunswick Road

Description 12 to 14 inches in height
white around eyes light gray on head and gets to darker gray with a red fan tail.

LOST Cockatiel
Gray and white with orange cheeks and yellow face-named elvis. He flew away sunday 8/13/06 in centereach near ruland road (in suffolk county). He does not "step-up" , but does fly to sit on shoulder or head. We are offering a reward for any information leading to his return. Family heartbroken!

LOST Sulfur Crested Cockatoo
On 8/1/06, I lost my 18 month old female sulfur-crested cockatoo named Missy in Valley Stream. Bird has white body, yellow crest, yellow under wings, black beak & feet & is banded. Bird flew up in tree before flying away.

LOST African Grey
Oscar our beloved African Grey flew out the door on 8/9/2006. Oscar is 17 years old and didn't seem to be a full flight bird, typical Grey colors, red tail. Lost on Habour Isle, Island Park.

green cheek conure "buddy" escaped from home on 7/17/06. has mulitcolored tail esp. maroon with black beak and white circles around eyes.

LOST Sun Conure
Lost on Saturday, August 5, 2006 a 4 year old, full flighted, Sun Conure, named Tiki.

Tiki has a green leg band, and answers to her name. She has the usual Sun colors, bright yellow, orange and green. Her buddies, Bandit, a Yellow Collar Macaw and Jasper, a Goffin Cockatoo miss her so much and are very depressed as is her owner Jackie.
She flew out of her owners hands when she was transporting her to her outside aviary. Flew into Caravan Woods, in East Northport. Some streets nearby are Clay Pitts Rd. and Townline Road. No sighting after she flew into the trees.

FOUND Green Parrot
Green parrot found in Congress, NY on 7/23/06. He/she has a black head, red legs, and a leg band. Has some blue colors at the tip of the wings. Very friendly, flew right to us. He/she loves to be with people ALL the time, is not very happy in a cage.

i lost my bird.......a cockateil, gray with yellow face and orange
cheeks..named mickey...in shrewsbury new jersey..around patterson court..i was taking him to get his wings
clipped and the carrier opened and he flew!,.,,yesterday august 3 at 12
