Cockatoo Needs a Good Home

I received an email from a member of another forum on Eclectus parrots and unfortunatly, it doesn't appear anyone can help. With her permission, I am posting it here as well - perhaps someone can help.

"my neighbor has an umbrella cockatoo named star. It's a male and
loves women and doesn't like men very well. Anyway my neighbor's wife is not
in the best of health and Star is not getting the attention that he needs.
He needs to rehome Star. Star comes with his 6ft. tall dome cage and he's

My second parrot Wizzo came to me in a similar fashion - a friend of a friend of a friend. I am so very grateful that email found its way to me and I am hopeful this message will find its way to the right person as well!
