Sun conure in North Mass. needs home

I do not know this person personally, I only received an email from a Phoenix Landing friend concerning this sun needing a new home. So if you're in that area and are interested I can point you in the right direction, other than that I have no further details what so ever, sorry.

My sister-in-law is unable to keep a bird that she has had for about 10 years. the bird is named "Buzzy" and is a sun conure approximately 23 years old. he looks like a parrot. so i am helping to look for a new home for him. Buzzy is living in northern massachusetts.

please forward this request to anyone whom you think might be able to provide a good home for him, especially those in the new england area.
