Blue and Gold Macaw in DC/MD/VA/PA Area
Nikki, Blue and Gold Macaw
Ok, this bothers me to no end. It's bad enough to actually do what they said, but to actually advertise to people that you "flipped a coin" to decide which bird to get rid of is horrible is callous and disgusting. I hope this bird finds someone that values it much more than its present owner.

I certainly wouldn't say that they need money, maybe they want someone to buy the bird so they can be sure that they can afford the bird. I have had to rehome a bird before and it sucks. Sometimes situations change and you can no better do. I think that you need to do what is right for the bird. I rehomed my Bogart to a good home. I have no regrets!!!!!!!!!!! You have to remember that sometimes you have no choice but to do what is best. Dont be so harsh.
