Found Lutino Cockatiel in Colombia, MD

Hi Nancy:

I found the Lutino cockatiel on May 30, 2004 at Martin Road Park in Columbia, MD. He or she has a band on his right foot.

I will need proof of ownership before we give he or she up. The tag has these letters MRT-FL and then four numbers.

We do not see the need for a picture because he looks just like a Lutino cockatiel.
