WOW! That's awful! They should just surrender the bird to the SPCA so it can get the care it needs or be put out of it's suffering. I hate seeing that. Maybe someone on here can help?

OMG! Poor Baby! Can someone direct her to an avian vet in that area! They must be willing to do something even if this person can't pay up front. Something! Although I know vets around here who have refused to treat an animal in danger if the owner was unable to pay anything.

Yep, I tried to read it but it was deleted... chances are if it was controversial the poster got chewed out and now we have no way of knowing what is going on. Hopefully someone was kind enough to send some useful advice...
