Nice work - great snaps - beautiful weather you're having.
All we have in our fields are ground hogs, crows, turkey vultures & coyotes sometimes, besides the cattle. It is so fun to see nature in other countries.

It's always sunny. That morning was only a bit overcast and that's because the clouds hadn't burned off yet. We're having a severe drought. Water restrictions are significant and the dam levels down to low 20%. We are seriously struggling here. I can't believe that most trees are still living. It looks deceptively green in the photos becuase we had just had a significant rainfal (first in about one year) the week prior.

Yes, I heard about the drought - very sorry to hear about it & hope that things turn around.

This year has been pretty good for us here in Ontario. It was a pretty hot summer tho & not a lot of rain so my vegetable garden is not as lush as it can be - the rabbits had a grand time tho.
here's a photo taken in May & part of my garden mid June - the wild plants are doing great. No Birds tho.

My family has farmed in this area since the mid 1800's. I love it too. The air is sweet & the wind always seems to be blowing.
There are tons of rocks around & a lot of the fences are made of them.
