Doves at Dusk...

I took this picture of some of the last birds out this evening. They were checking out the bird feeder, I saw them and quickly snapped a photo. It really isn't that great but I love the colors of the sky. The doves are hard to see but they are at the bottom. The sorta blend in with the shadowy trees:

WE have two that roost in our evergreen...its funny to watch them fight for a spot! a whole tree, and they want the same inch.....just like any other couple I guess. thanks for sharing.

I actually don't know if these two are a couple. They don't seem to bother with each other, they just fight over the seeds on the rocks in the garden on occasion..

We get a whole mess of doves and robins at dusk... Most I have counted on the backfence and eating on the ground by our feeders is 25 at one time...
