I saw the coolest thing

for Ohio - central ohio that is

Today in a field with two turkey vultures I saw a BLACK VULTURE. No I wasnt mistaking a young turkey vulture, this guy was way cool looking. I wish I had my camera and my phone was no good at the distance he was.

They are in ohio but never this far north - I guess I'm lucky too. I'm gonna drive by that road kill tomorrow and see if he is there - WITH my camera

That would have been cool. I love vultures. My mum and I often joke about one day getting some cape griffon homing vultures that would circle our house :D
Did you end up getting a pic of him?

A Heartfelt Thank You

I am not really responding to this thread, I just didn't know how else to post in here, so sorry if this is a problem,
I wanted to say Thank You to Lynda at Tweety Bird Aviary, I was able to do a blog but didn't know how to post in General post...
Lynda sent me a baby blue Indian Ring Neck and a baby African Grey, for which I am so greatful, both birds are wonderful and doing great.. I had tried for many months to find 2 and some of the people that I was in contact with weren't legitamate, so a great big to Lynda and to the Birdboard for watching what is going on in here... Thank you sooooooooo much...

Sharlene
