Bird has me going nuts

About a week ago, I was out in the yard when I heard, "Pretty bird" coming from the trees. I searched, thinking someone had lost a pet cockatiel. I must have looked crazy wandering around my property repeating "pretty bird" over and over! The bird finally answered, and I realized it sounded exactly like my 'tiel. Eventually, it was kind enough to relieve me of my fears and go into a series of bird calls. I still have to check every time I hear my friendly, neighborhood mockingbird. I think he gets a kick out of setting me off on a wild goose chase! Great for family entertainment, too...at my expense!
