What kind of bird is this?? I took this at a ranch in Sequim Washington

These i think are starlings! but what is the first fat bird.

You are correct on the starlings... the blackbird could just be some type of, well, blackbird! And either a juvenile or a female. To me it doesn't really look like a grackle, or a cowbird....

(methinks it is actually some sort of cowbird... female coloration)
Could also be a towhee of some sort. Cannot see it's belly.

yeh I tried to edit that abt the wren but was too slow
Doesn't look like cow bird beak
looks like the American Dipper except for the color

Its a Male Rusty Blackbird and a young one. Its eye will turn yellowish later on.

I don't think so Huntress... no head markings (dark around eye, lighter stripes below and above)... and the beak is too short.

This one is a real poser!

mystery! lol . it was really small , and it was eating the bread with the seagulls. BTW i love starlings, in that other pic, they were chirping many calls. I heard captive starlings talk as well as parrots :P
