Conure training

I've read alot of information on differently kind of training for conures. Does anyone know what might be the best? I need help in trying to train my GCC to stop biting or figure out what is causeing the problem.

i have a pearly conure, and even though he is very well behaved for only 9 months old he still bites at times. I figured out that sometimes he bites when he is hungry, or when the kids get too close and he only wants mommy at that time or plain and simple just tired..Give your green cheek at least 12 hours of sleep at night and let them have nap times during the day and the more they rest the happier they are. If they dont get enough rest they are cranky, just like us adults and kids.Posted 04-04-2009 at 05:57 AM by for the love of birds
