Thank you...Yesterday I let her out of her cage and she flew around the room. It was very hard to catch her. I was hoping I could clip her wings. I will call around and see if there is an avian vet in my area.

I didn't let Laker out of his cage until he was calmer around me & my hands. I didn't want him flying into the wall or mirrors. And actually he goes back into his cage on his own - for water & food breaks so if you sit & read she may just go back herself - I added a perch by putting the ladder against the open door.
At first they aren't strong flyers anyways - especially if they had been cage bound for a while. There's a huge change in our bird's stamina in just under 2 months. Laker is flighted.
