Do they want to be held? Do your birds come to you without you approaching or do you go to them? If you have to grab them, perhaps try getting them to gain your trust first so that they will just sit on your hand instead of having to be held. They might be more likely to not bite if they trust you more. Regardless, they will always bite sometimes.

What do you do when you "scold" them? Birds respond better with positive reinforcement instead of negative. And while this seems to be pretty obvious, the best way to not get bitten is to well... not get bitten. Read your birds body language and when they are leaning away from you and/or moving away from you when you go to pick them up, don't push it. They are trying to tell you that they don't want to get picked up. When you keep pushing, they learn that isn't working so they resort to biting.
If you have to move them from one spot to another, try using a stick or another object to teach them to step up on that.
