PVC Gym

The gym isn't really much, however it may do for now... I just hope to replace the PVC pipes with newer stuff soon. It's a pretty basic and simple design... nothing fancy. It allows for more "imagination" or for a simple place to add in fresh branches which are of course more interesting than the gym itself! Budgies haven't even touched the gym yet but they do enjoy the branches! Would like to cover the PVC with something however I don't have enough sisal and not interested in using vet wrap.... hm....

Anyway, here's the gym itself... just click to enlarge



And here's two corners that I left "open", for either more PVC and another layer to add in branches or left as is which makes a great spot to put fresh branches in, as shown in the photos!



And of course the budgies are enjoying the branches!

The budgies like the branches, but the PVC doesn't give grip... either need to get some more rope (of some sort) or give in and get vet wrap (which I don't really want to use...). Thought about roughing up the perches but then the budgies might chew on it and that's not a good idea...

If I can figure out what I want to wrap the PVC in, I may hang something above the gym (such as a grate - once I get some chain to do so) to act as a place to hang toys and such from.
