Budgie Moderators wanted...

We are looking for 3-4 experienced budgie enthusiasts to lead our budgie area.

You are probably asking what doesa moderator do? What are we looking for and etc...

Well its fairly simple....

Moderators are there to guide the community to a certain degree.
- An active participant in the community
- Well rounded knowledge, Even temperament , Leaves EGO at the door
- Make sure things run smooth
- Help members where you can
- Stoke conversations to keep things moving
- Encourage healthy debates
- Prevent bad practices ie bird hoarding, bird begging, yada yada...

Granted the community to a large degree polices itself....

Man I hope I didn't scare you off but being a moderator can be rewarding since you are helping organize and bring together the bird community much like a bird club without limits from where our members come from ie all over the world.

Im on everyday and i've had budgies since i was 4 yrs old i am now 23, i know how to sex, tell if their sick, just about anything you throw at me. I am also coming up with a "Budgie Certified" toy line (i test diffrent toys i make that a budgie might like with 9 diffrent budgies), study their play likes and dislikes and individual personalities, also budgies are my favorite birds.
