Question Can you tell what it is at this age?

I posted this under the Budgies sexing thread but no replies. So I had to start a new thread.
I am getting my budgie in about a week. She/He's been hand raised and fed. It's coming home in about a week. I need to figure out its gender. Can someone help, please. The egg was laid 5-31-08 and it hatched 6-17-08. It's very young but is it possible to know the gender at this age?
Here's a pic of my bird wearing a flight suit.

Here is the link for all the info about my bird.

With budgies, it takes a while to determine their sex due to the color of their cere. A specially this young. Their cere changes overtime until their full grown and mature.

It's hard to tell since the pic is blurry. If the cere is just blue with a lot of white around the nostrils, then it is a girl. If the cere has pink in it, then it is a boy. Your bird looks to be some sort of pied, also? If it's a boy, then the cere will probably stay mostly pink - that's how my pied boy looks.

I'd go by behavior too - if the bird is really boisterous and chatty, then it's a boy.

I've attached a pic of my boys. You can see how my pied's cere is sorta splotched with blue and pink. It has always stayed this way, even as a mature bird. The pic of the green boy from when he was a baby. Maybe you can see how pink his cere was - now it is bright blue.

Hope this helps!

Thanks all for your help.
I will have to get some clear pics when it comes home. The cere looks very light blue(Sky Blue kind of).

That's the breeder's home. My bird is still at the breeder. I didn't even notice the xmas decorations till you mentioned it.

If this is your bird they are holding - the cere will be its mature colour by now [unless they never take the decorations down!]. They mature in their 4th month & lose their stripped forehead & the cere will be either a deep blue [male] or a pearly blue with a whitish glow which indicates a female not in breeding condition.
