Male Budgies

Hello I have a rather stupidquestion about one of my male budgies. How long will he chase and catch the females in the cage? I had a very timid budgie that was rehomed to me and is 5yrs old. I went to rescue and obtained 3 more budgies to make them a happy group. By chance I got one female and 2 males. One male had his wing broken but is doing just fine the other male thinks his job is to pregnate the females several times a day. He will not leave the ladies alone and I don't know if I should seperate them or what. I do not want to breed them. The females have started to tear the paper at the bottom of their cage now so I'm not sure if this is a sign of eggs to come?
I'm new to having birds and so I need some advice.
Thanks for any and all responses.

LOL he will chase and mate with females as long as they want to. If a female budgie doesn't want to breed she sure will let him know.
Ripping the paper at the bottom is nesting behaviour so unless you want her to lay eggs, I'd house the hens in a different cage to the males.
