Can there be to many toys?

Is there such a thing as too many toys. I understand if the cage is crowded and the bird can't move than yes, to many toys. But if there's enough room for hanging and moving, and playing does it really matter how many toys?

It all depends on what type of bird you have. I have two tiels and there are 3toys in the cage. I know some people say that for a large parrot 10 toys is enought. Just use your judgement.

Don't overcrowd the cage for sure. Maybe just put a few in at first and rotates them when he loses interest.
