I have found out that it is a NEON brand. Can't find much on that brand. Is it good??

Cant say I have ever heard of that brand. I tend to go with brands that have been out there a while and there is noted wear and tear by owners.
Do you know if its used or new? if its used, did they say why there is no longer a bird in it? Just some things for you to think about.
