You can also check Prevue at their manufacturers site because they have quite a few stacker cages of different sizes -- all small bar spacing. Prevue Home Page
Their stacker cages are about $39 for a 30x18x18 which is a very good size for budgies. There are larger ones and smaller ones, as well. If you have a PetsMart or Petco these may be there.
