New Toy!

Thanks to a new friend on this forum r2usmc, Calypso got a new jungle gym to play on. The "Twirly Bird" was NOT what he wanted to do tonight so he let his friends try it out - It was a big hit - especially with Buckeye. Liz went back to her cage and found it more fum to reach out and grab it and swing Buckeye around on it,lol. Pics to share.....

At least one of my boys would love that. The smaller would be happy the bigger was playing on it so that he could have me to himself.

Did you buy it from r2usmc, did he tell you how to make it, or did he tell you where to find one. I might need to get one. There is a hook in my living room ceiling that is waiting for a purpose in life.

Now that is cool! Must have taken forever to wrap the cord around the tubing though!

Yes, she made it and no they are not for sale. LOTS, no.... TONS of work. Made with hula hoops I think. I think I will make an attempt at an ORB one this winter. And it gets more fun the more toys you hang from the center chain.

That thing is awesome. May have to be creative and try making one too.
We made the ball from the instructions on this board. I was surprised how much it ended up costing. Wrapping those hoops kills your hands.

They'll last a long time are definately worth it.
