Anyone have an extra cage?

Does anyone have an extra cage that would be good for a Jardine's Parrot? I am rehoming a lesser Jardine's this Saturday and am not going to be able to take her cage home. Need a cage that would be suitable new home for her. Can't pay too much about $100. Please no rust on it! I am in the Madison area (Middleton, WI)

I have a cage for $100, but it's way tooo small (20x20x24) for a Jardine and I live in Canada.

Big help hey???

No not really. I'll find something. There are a lot of people wanting to get rid of their cages. Also, the bird fair is coming to town on the 5th!

Too bad you didn't live closer to me. I'd let you have your pick of the Cage Cemetary.

This cage is very large, I think it would be a good size for your rescue. Aviantelligence Traveling Cage w/Playstand - Bird.com I can take a pic of how big it is with my grey in it for comparison if you like. It comes to a total of 103.00 with shipping but right now they have $5.00 shipping so it would be under 100 bucks, and it comes with 4 huge steel feeding dishes

WOW, WOW WOW! THANKS So much! I'm going to get right on that and only 5 dollars for shipping! Even better! If it's switched to Economy 7-10 business days shipped it's only 94.99! So great! And it's only 18lbs! Even better! OH THANK YOU! I would love to see how large it is with your Grey in it!

If you can't wait until the fair on the 5th- not sure how many vendors will be there as it is a holiday. Last time I went there was very few cages- the Oshkosh Bird fair (once every 6 months) is this Sunday. The Dr. Fosters/Smith company has a stand of lots of inexpensive goodies! Although, the cage online posted above is a good deal! Are you getting the pretty jardine that's been listed on craigslist? I'm in the Madison area, too!! :)

I hope so! The guy selling her didn't give me an address! And he said that he wouldn't be checking his email until Friday night! So I don't know where I am going. But have a time for 4pm that I am supposed to meet him. She's in Minnesota.

Travel Cage

Eyva only spends time in her cage until about 2, if hubby thinks about it he will take her out when he gets up and let her play on the window perch for a while. You really cant beat this cage for the price. This cage has casters and huge food dishes, I will probably find an inhabitant to occupy this cage at the shop, cant bring any home.

Eyva waits for the chance to slip out for a few extra hours of freedom lol

Eyva loves to sit on her window perch and watch the wild birds. She has a hummingbird feeder right about eye level so she gets a closeup view of the hummingbirds. There are several feeders and we usually have an average of 20 birds an hour or so ranging from painted buntings to blue jays and cardinals plus many many others. Last count I had 18 different varieties of birds at our feeders. Hubby has started suggesting different pathways we can make for her in that window lol.
