Question Parrot Stand Question

Do any of you have any of the following playstands or do you have an opinion on them?

I got an email that this one was on sale:
Parrot Tower Premier Raised White Amazon - Bird.com
I love the fact that you can easily change the perches and they have rope perches to go with it that are also on sale, which is great because I have a Cockatiel with a crooked leg that can only really perch comfortably on a rope perch and I want her to use it too. I guess my fear is that my other birds will chew the heck out of the stand and I will be out $100+
Here are the other ones I was considering but I am not sure how, if at all, you can change the perches:

Any thoughts guys?

I have the playstand that is listed last in your post( it wouldn't let me copy and paste it) and Rocky loves it! The only problem is I have not found anyway to change the perch and depending on what kind of bird you have, Rocky is a sun, that perch is very easy to destory, which he has done! What you could do and we are going to do this now, is get some jute rope from a craft store and/or vet wrap ( I got this idea from Jag on the board, he has the same playstand and his sun chewed off the perch also so they wrapped the top so the birds would still have somewhere to stand). The stand itself is durable because it is metal, Rocky will destroy just about anything, and the only thing he could tear up was that perch. If you go to the conure forum and look at Jags thread titled "Papi Plays" you can see how they wrapped the top bar, that might help your cockatiel, but also prevent the others from destroying the playstand itself.

Thanks for the advice guys!
I am bummed about the metal ones not being able to change the perch. That seems stupid because anyboy that has birds KNOWS that eventually they will KILL that perch! Idiots!

Replacing old perches

We use cable ties to strap new perches onto old cages and stands. Cable ties can usually be bought at any hardware or home improvement store.

Use the for attaching or making toys too.

Here's what they look like:
