Cockatiel cage suggestions needed

Our tiel..Dood, is by far a nastier lil creature than our Eclectus. We just have a wired cage that we put netting around the bottom.
What cages have you folks found better with smaller birds to keep mess, feathers, dust, food off of the human floor and on the bird cage floor?
I've seen some with glass/plexiglass fronts or sides.
