Parts for an HQ Cage?
I need to get a new grate for an HQ Cage (plus I need a new lock)> Wrote to the co via email and hoping for a response.
Anyone ever had any luck w/getting parts?

Beyond seed guards, I've never requested cage parts from any manufacturer. The seed guards I couldn't get in the end, I guess, because I didn't have a dealer near me (or so I can only assume?).
I am not using my HQ Grate for the cage... *BUT* it is still in use... as a hanging platform. Works great!

I sent an email well over a month ago to try and get the bowls for the cage I bought Ziva.. it's an HQ cage. I haven't heard a word. I'm really disappointed, as I've ONLY bought HQ cages. I really thought they'd at least get back to me on it at some point...
