hi new to caiques what treat is good for training?

i guys i was wondering what is a simple good treat to use for training these little monsters? thanks in advance

I dont' have a Caique. but you need to use something they really like in very small pieces
a) so they don't get filled up too quickly
b) so it doesn't take forever for them to eat each reward, otherwise they lose their momentum

A piece of apple cut up very finely, a grape in tiny pieces. pine nuts cut in little pieces,
whatever your baby really, really likes.

My caique will eat almost anything. I've worked with sunflower seeds and bits of walnuts. He doesn't really care for pinenuts for whatever reason. He will also go for bits of grape, papaya or anything that he sees his people eating.

A good way to find out what his favorite foods are, are to give him a huge selection of different foods and see what they go for 1st.
