adopting a BHC!
Im adopting a BHC he is 9 years old his name is Hedwig. Im not bringing him home until late June but its for the better. i think i attached a photo.
i have done lots of research but would love tips.

He is beautiful!! I also have a male bhc. Is he your first bird or do you have others? Caiques are the clowns of the bird world, and are more like feathered puppies than birds IMHO. Most of the time, they are way too rough to interact with other birds, but since you are getting an older one, who knows? I'd just suggest that if you do have other birds, do not allow him to be around them unsupervised.

thanks you guys! i have a cockatiel and she was brought up with lots of other birds but i dont plan on letting them "hang out."
