Its really hard to say. I had a sun conure when I got my first BH caique. They are both the same age but the conure had been here a few months already. They tried to be friends, but the caique preens too agressively so they sqwabble more than play. I also have another sun conure who is good friends with a WB caique. They belonged to my ex-boyfriend and now I have them. The sun conure is the brother to mine (we bought them together). After we broke up he got the WB caique as a tiny baby to hand feed. He put in the cage with the sun conure when it got old enough and they lived together until they came to live at my house. The caique would have these little hormone surges and chase the conure around the cage. He would be screaming and running his fastest to get away. She would grab his tail feathers. I could not let that continue for his sake, and safety, so I got him his own cage. They are still good friends and will sit on me and preen each other while we watch a little TV. So I guess you never know. One of my female WB's is friends with the other sun conure - or tolerates him. But the sun conure went after my youngest BH one day and she flipped on her back and struck at him like a snake. She did get him right by the white of his eye. Lucky she didn't get him in the eye, but she was only protecting herself. So I have to watch those two at all times.
I would tend to think that if a baby caique is introduced to an older bird, it may be better than the other way around. But that little BH caique is a people person and does not interact with any of the other 7 birds in the house. Go figure - she just likes her mom or other people. She also is very independent and just likes to explore.
