Jack Jaws

I've not posted much about our ongoing problems with Jack our rehomed caique on here, but I just had to post this video of him yesterday when he discovered a closet in our hallway that has some blankets in it that I guess he decided was his new nest. This is what happened when my husband did not respect Jack's nest area. He also does this when someone comes in our house that he does not know and he's out of his cage.

Lisa, I am sorry but I am laughing so hard! He doesn't look like he could do much harm..a well placed kick should take care of him. JK!!!

Deborah! What was REALLY hilarious was seeing my grown son running down the hall when Jack was chasing him like this!!! Believe me, everytime I see him do this I seriously have to hold my hands over my mouth to keep for LMAO!! My younger son and his family were here from MO last week staying with us, and he ran down that hall with Jack on his heels, then stopped in the office doorway and took his flip flop off and acted like he was going to swat Jack with it. I told him unless he wanted to be staying in the street he'd better put that shoe back on his foot and not go there at ALL!

I believe you. Jack in the video really is funny looking..hopping like a bunny. Shrek doesn't hop. He waddles everywhere.

Well..I do give people the right to defend themselves, but if i were worried about the birds, they would be locked in their cages for their own protection.

Actually, that was hubby in the video. We did not get a pick of him chasing my son. Before we had to clip him, he would fly after people he did not know to the door and fly into it repeatedly trying to get to them. I did not want to clip him, but I had to for his own safety!!
