Caiques VS Lorikeets?

I just read in another thread on here that someone mentioned that caiques and lorikeets are different in a lot of ways. I find this interesting because I always considered them to be very similar (then again, I've never interacted with a caique).

Temperament-wise, how do caiques and lorikeets differ, and how are they similar?
