You need to have the injured bird looked at by an avian veteriarian. It's possible the toe has been broken in his attempt to get away from his attacker. In the meantime, place very warm compresses (approaching hot, but not something that would burn of course) on that foot to keep the blood circulating. Do that several times a day if you can.

Please put them in separate cages. You may want to put the injured bird in a small cage without perches, so he can sit on the bottom (perhaps with a blanket to rest on). Give them both plenty of food and water and be sure to keep the hurt one a little warmer than you might usually. I agree that you will need to get it to a vet as soon as possible. Good luck.
