Hi, I have 4 zebra finches in a small aviary. I originally had 1 pair of chestnut flanked white zebras which are currently feeding 2 babies and sitting on a third egg. Three days ago, I acquired a female who is all white and another one that I am having difficulty determining its sex and mutation.
At first I believed it was a female but the beak is very red compared to the other females. It also has a slight grey area on the cheeks but it does not seem like the males patches. I have not heard it sing to the other females, but I've only had the last 2 for three days now.
I have attached pictures, let me know what you think.
